• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

4.2 International Orders

We ship globally except to certain Asian and remote regions. International customers are responsible for:

• All customs duties, taxes, and fees
• International return shipping costs
• Marking return packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

4.3 Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to deliver products promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return:

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used bath & body products
• Personal care items (face masks, hand soaps)
• Gift sets with broken seals
• Opened fragrances

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
