Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment
International Customers: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Customs fees and international return shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every GlowTherapySkin product. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used bath & body products
- Personal care items (face masks, hand soaps)
- Gift sets with broken seals
- Fragrances that have been opened
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Return
Once you receive your RA#:
- Repackage items in their original packaging with all included materials
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
- Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference
- If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items unless your original order qualified for free shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged product or incorrect item received
- We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
Important Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- International refunds will be issued in US Dollars
