Our Return Policy

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used bath & body products
  • Personal care items (face masks, hand soaps)
  • Gift sets with broken seals
  • Fragrances that have been opened

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Return

Once you receive your RA#, please:

  1. Repackage items in their original packaging with all included materials
  2. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
  3. Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items unless your original order qualified for free shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damaged product or incorrect item received
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Customs fees and international return shipping are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • Refunds will be issued in US Dollars
